1. Using Leo

You are responsible for the activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse Leo, including by attempting to hack, disrupt or copy its functionality.

2. Access and Availability

We aim to keep Leo running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, pause or discontinue features from time to time.

3. Privacy

Our use of your information is covered by our Privacy Policy. By using Leo, you consent to that use.

4. Intellectual Property

Leo’s software, branding and content are owned by us. You may use Leo only as allowed by your organisation’s licence or subscription. You cannot copy, resell or reverse-engineer Leo without permission.

5. Organisation Data

Content uploaded or created within Leo belongs to your organisation. We act as a processor of that data and will keep it private and secure.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

If your organisation subscribes to Leo, fees are charged as agreed. Non-payment may result in suspension of access.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide Leo “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. In Australia, consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply and nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

8. International Use

If you access Leo outside Australia, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Leo means you accept the updated Terms.
