Why the Name Leo
We chose the name Leo for two reasons. In Latin, Leo means “Lion”, a symbol of courage, intelligence and strength. It is also the name of a constellation that guided explorers for centuries, helping them find direction in the vast night sky. For us, Leo is both. The strength of a lion and the guidance of the stars.
How It Started
Across our group of companies, digital marketing with Codeo Technologies, AI app development with Arctiq Solutions, and data protection with SKYEWORX, we constantly worked on several projects at once. Teams evolved, new challenges appeared, and priorities changed every week. We turned to AI tools to help, but quickly noticed the gaps.
Free versions of Large Language Models were not reliable enough for serious work. Paid versions were expensive, especially when scaled across an entire team. Most importantly, none of them solved the issue of data privacy. Some projects were highly confidential. Not everyone in the company should see the same information, and only people directly involved should have access to sensitive details.
That was the moment we realised we needed something different. Not just another tool, but a team member that could grow with us, respect privacy, and understand the way we actually work. That was the beginning of Leo.
